The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is entering a new phase in  July:  Those who have not yet submitted CBAM reports have until 31 July 2024, otherwise they will face the risk of being fined. Further to this from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025 – importers will have to provide actual values and not rely on default ones. As the pressure is mounting to both importers and exporters, we have compiled a list for resources if you have not started on your journey:
